GSP residents are sophomores, juniors, and seniors, who are returning, transfer, international, U.S., and exchange students. GSP provides academic courses that develop students’ intercultural communication skills and deepen their awareness of global social justice issues, complimented by ongoing small group dialogues and community projects. GSP also provides co-curricular, multicultural affirming programming that provides residents the opportunity to build close cross-cultural friendships.

GSP is looking for four highly motivated Resident Advisors (RA’s) who are interested in working with a diverse living learning community of approximately 120 residents. Openness to intercultural exchange and an ability to work well in groups is required. International students are eligible and encouraged to apply. Candidates with GSP experience are preferred. GSP RA’s attend specialty staff training in August and are co-supervised by the North Quad Hall Director and GSP Associate Director.
