Our communities range from traditional residence halls to Graduate and Undergraduate apartments.

2025-2026 UNDERGRADUATE RESIDENT ADVISOR (RA) POSITIONS:
OVERVIEW
The application for the Resident Advisor (RA) positions will be posted on the Undergraduate Student Positions page on October 1, 2024.
Please review the Eligibility Requirements for all ResStaff prior to submitting an application. Additional requirements are included within individual position descriptions.
APPLICATION
You must submit a 2024-2025 RA application if you are interested in any of the following positions: Traditional Resident Advisor, Theme Resident Advisor, and Michigan Learning Community Resident Advisor.
Applications are submitted through eRezLife. You can find instructions at the How to Apply page.

INTERVIEWS AND STATUS UPDATES
Interview invites will be sent on a rolling basis after the application closure date of October 13, 2024. If an applicant is extended an interview invite, applicants will have 2-3 business days to sign up for a 30 minute virtual interview time slot upon receiving an interview invite. Interviews will occur Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Monitor your U of M email account regarding updates.
If you have submitted an application for a Resident Advisor position and have indicated interest in a Theme RA or Michigan Learning Community (MLC) RA position, you may be invited to a secondary interview by the Michigan Learning Community or Theme Community team. As a reminder, submission of applications or a first round interview does not guarantee an MLC or Theme RA interview invite. Monitor your U of M email account regarding updates for any second round interview invites.
Final position status updates will be sent out beginning in mid-December 2024 and will continue into the Winter 2025 term.

It is highly recommended that you speak to a representative from the Office of Financial Aid prior to applying and interviewing for the position. COMMUNITY CENTER ASSISTANT (CCA) POSITION
Overview:
The 2024-2025 Community Center Assistant application is posted on the UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT POSITIONS 2024-2025 page.
Please review the position description and eligibility requirements prior to submitting an application. Applicants must successfully pass a background check prior to the start of the position.
The Community Center Assistant (CCA) position will be filled throughout the year as confirmed vacancies arise and positions become available. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
